This will be the first opportunity to sample the full 2013 lineup: the Pinots - including the tantalizing Santa Barbara County blend, scintillating Pence Ranch, whole-cluster fermented Matrix, elegant La Colline, and the alluring Wolff Vineyard Chardonnay.
Here's a quick note on the 2013 wines from winemaker Jeff Fink:
"The 2013 wines continue to impress. Despite being so closely attuned to these wines throughout the process, I continue to discover new layers and characteristics that emerge as the wines get more time in the bottle. Both delicious in their current youthful state and showing great promise to age gracefully, this first vintage of Aether is one I am very excited to share."
Additionally, we are pleased to announce that our good friend Chef Alfonso Curti of Trattoria Uliveto has agreed to not only join us, but also to bring his mobile, wood-fired pizza oven with him!
All of the 2013 Wines will be available for purchase with inventory on-hand for immediate pick-up. Quantities of these wines are extremely limited.
