Winemaker Notes

The 2015 Pinot Noir Drum Canyon Vineyard is pale ruby in color. Evolved notions of dried cherries and cranberries lead to nuances of black tea, fallen leaves, and mossy tree bark. The medium-bodied palate is in a maturity sweet-spot, with savory/earthy flavors and a compelling chewiness to the texture, finishing on a ferrous note.
