Intense, youthful and deeply colored, this wine is the most sauvage of our lineup. If a bit subdued upon opening it slowly unfurls revealing exotic aromas of candied orange, vineyard dust and suggestion of a deep maritime forest. Whole-cluster fermentation, 50% here, elevates the aromas and helps to sculpt an elastic texture. Flavors are a mélange of beautiful Pinot fruit supported by an expansive finish.
